Requirements:

  • English level advanced
  • Great communication skills - written and spoken
  • Eager to learn new technologies and application
  • Awareness of SAP
  • Experience in training material preparation tools
  • 5+ years in experience in Change Management activities
  • Previous Business Analyst experience and process documentation
  • Experience in training users
  • Experience in training material preparation tools (Microsoft tools, SABA, Articulate, NovoEd, and Degrees)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination of testing with business
  • Prepare, manage and reinforce communications to business:

-describe the current and desired state

-describe project challenges

  • Preparation of training materials (documents and videos)
  • Coordinate and execute training to end-users
